At TIDAL Research Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized nature of our research products, please review our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Policy

Because our products are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes, all sales are generally considered final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, mishandled, or improperly stored after delivery.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

A refund or replacement may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
• Your package is missing items.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability.
• An order is canceled before it has been processed or shipped.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Products that have been opened or used
• Improper storage after delivery
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
• Orders refused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Photos of the package
• Photos of the product(s)
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by TIDAL Research Labs.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment before determining an appropriate resolution.

Return Authorization

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer support team.

If a return is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
